It was a great base for sightseeing in Arbroath. The location was secluded and excellent by the red headed cliffs.- It's not far from local attractions like the wonderful Lunan Bay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious lodge. The staff here were wonderful, always welcoming and willing to help. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a huge comfy bed and a fabulous bath. We also loved having our own private patio where we could relax and enjoy the views. The amenities provided were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The service here was impeccable, with the owner being incredibly knowledgeable about the area and providing us with great tips and ideas for things to do. We had a truly memorable experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast provided was delicious and ample, getting us off to a great start for the day. The owner was friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions. The lodge had a unique and charming ambiance, with interesting decorations and a log fire in the lounge that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow, especially for streaming services, and the signal was weak in certain areas of the lodge. It would have been nice to have a stronger and more reliable Wi-Fi signal throughout the premises.

The lodge sat in a secluded spot, surrounded by beautiful Scottish countryside. It was the perfect location to relax and unwind. The continental breakfast provided was amazing, and the host ensured it was always topped up. The lodge itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with attractive decoration. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the bath was simply amazing. We felt like we struck gold with this hidden gem.

The beautiful countryside views from the lodge were stunning and definitely added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. We loved the local fresh food provided for breakfast every day and the quaint decor of the lodging. The comfy bed and ample amenities including a fridge and kettle were certainly appreciated.

The WiFi wasn't the best and could be a bit frustrating, especially for those who need a strong connection. The security light outside of the lodge was out during our stay which was a shame, but the issue was being addressed.

That slippers were not provided, so bringing your own would have made the lodge even more cozy. the lodge may not be suitable for those seeking a city holiday experience, as it is located in a more rural area.

We were blown away by our stay at Balnabrechan Lodge! From the warm welcome with homemade scones and coffee to the cozy room with a private patio, everything exceeded our expectations. Our host, Julie, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the area. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Scottish air and stunning views of Lunan beach. The lodge itself was charming and filled with thoughtful touches, making it a truly memorable experience. The comfortable bed and luxurious bath were icing on the cake. We can't wait to return and spend more time in this amazing place.
